The “Introduction to Programming in Python” module serves as an entry point for students into the world of computer programming using the Python programming language. Through a combination of theoretical concepts, hands-on coding exercises, and project-based learning, students will develop a solid foundation in programming fundamentals, problem-solving skills, and software development practices.
Proficiency in English language skills- IELTS level/grade 6, B2 level of English or the student’s country equivalent, as the course will involve reading technical materials and communicating concepts effectively.
Post secondary Education (Pure Maths and/Or Computing A level) (MATSEC) or equivalent OR
A degree at level 6 (MQF/EQF) or equivalent in another subject together with a Post secondary Education (Pure Maths and/Or Computing A level) (MATSEC)
OR
10 years of work experience in an IT related job paired with a strong interest in the field, together with a minimum level 4 qualification
