Post Graduate Diploma of Business Administration in Leadership Excellence

In order to receive this program the student must successfully complete the modules:
A. Leadership Frameworks and Principles – MQF/EQF Level 7, 6 ECTS
B. Organisational and Change Management in VUCA Environments – MQF/EQF Level 7, 6 ECTS
C. Team Management and Motivation – MQF/EQF Level 7, 6 ECTS
D. Executive Presence and Impression Management – MQF/EQF Level 7, 6 ECTS
E. Leader as Coach – MQF/EQF Level 7, 6 ECTS
F. Research in Projects and Organisations – MQF/EQF Level 7, 20 ECTS
Students then need to choose a few of the following modules, adding up to 10 ECTS:
A. Achieving Alignment: Crafting Vision and Strategy – MQF/EQF Level 7, 5 ECTS
B. Decision Making Frameworks and Data Analysis – MQF/EQF Level 7, 5 ECTS
C. Ethics and Environmental Social Governance (ESG) Frameworks – MQF/EQF Level 5, 5 ECTS

Applicants to the Post Graduate Diploma of Business Administration in Leadership Excellence program should have:.

• Bachelor’s degree or post-graduate degree in business, administration, management, or a related field
• Minimum 180 ECTS previously acquired at a Higher Education institution
• 2 years of work experience
• a GPA score of 2.5 (C+) or higher (or equivalent) will be required
• Proof of C1 level of English or equivalent
