Post Graduate Diploma in International Management and Global Business

The Post Graduate Diploma in International Management and Global Business will be carried out over an 12-month period, into 3 semesters and will be structured as follows:

Semester 1:

1. International Corporate Finance – 7 ECTS MQF / EQF LEVEL 7
2. International Business Transactions – 5 ECTS MQF / EQF LEVEL 7
3. International Marketing – 8 ECTS MQF / EQF LEVEL 7

Semester 2:

1. Global Business Strategy – 10 ECTS MQF / EQF LEVEL 7
2. Project Management – 12 ECTS MQF / EQF LEVEL 7
3. Strategic Leadership – 4 ECTS MQF / EQF LEVEL 7

Semester 3:

1.Public Speaking and Presentation Skills – 6 ECTS MQF / EQF LEVEL 7

2. International Organisational Management and Development – 10 ECTS MQF / EQF LEVEL 7

Students who have no training in the field must have completed a bachelors in a relevant subject or have completed an MQF/EQF Level 6 qualification.

• A bachelor’s degree or graduate degree in humanities, sciences, human resources, organisational behaviour, business, administration, management, communication, journalism, psychology, arts or a related field
• Minimum 180 ECTS at MQF/EQF Level 6 previously acquired at a Higher Education institution
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• A minimum of one year of work experience in a business environment will be considered as an asset

a) Master multidisciplinary knowledge of effective global business strategy, including market entry, globalisation and growth
