Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Leadership Excellence

The full-time MASTERS OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION (MBA) in Leadership Excellence will be divided over an 18-month period, into 4 semesters and will be structured as follows:

Semester 1:

1. Leadership Frameworks and Principles, 6 ECTS
2. Organisational and Change Management in VUCA Environments, 6 ECTS
3. Team Management and Motivation, 6 ECTS
4. Achieving Alignment: Crafting Vision and Strategy, 5 ECTS

Semester 2:

1. Decision Making Frameworks and Data Analysis 5 ECTS
2. Ethics and Environmental Social Governance (ESG) Frameworks 5 ECTS
3. Executive Presence and Impression Management 6 ECTS
4. Leader as Coach 6 ECTS

Semester 3:

A combination of 25ECTS from the below:

5. Recruitment and Employee Selection 5ECTS

Semester 4:

Applicants to the MASTERS OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION (MBA) in Leadership Excellence program should have:

• a Bachelor’s degree or post-graduate degree in business, administration, management, or a related field
• Minimum 180 ECTS previously acquired at a Higher Education institution
• 2 years of work experience
• a GPA score of 2.5 (C+) or higher (or equivalent) will be required
• Proof of C1 level of Englishor equivalent
• Individuals may apply and ask for consideration to be given to considerable high level leadership experience in lieu of some of typical academic requirements. Applicants will be given the opportunity to apply for the program based on Ascencia Malta’s RPL process in the appendix below

Candidates will be asked to present their previously obtained qualifications and their transcripts (if any).
